I do this through team workshops, one-on-one interviews and analysis of your internal and external environments.    

Implementing a strategy is not a solely academic process because you need other people to help you implement it.  Working on leadership team skills, synergy, and alignment must happen in tandem to create engagement and buy-in, and to uncover and confront resistance to change.
