I have extensive C-Suite, Executive Advisory and Executive Coaching experience in start-ups and scale-ups across various industries.
I can help you create your strategy and your execution playbook. I also work with your and your team to ensure that you have the skills and the knowledge to hold each other accountable, to coach and lead your teams, and to execute on your strategy to achieve your company's purpose.

I am an Executive Advisor and Coach with experience including CEO & President, Board Director, and Management Consultant to the C-Suite. I have worked with large corporations, mid-sized scale-ups, and early-stage start-ups.
Among my entrepreneurial accomplishments, I co-founded several companies, including a global unclaimed financial asset company that maintains the largest global unclaimed property database containing over 130 million unclaimed financial asset records valued at over $55 billion with owners in over 50 countries.
In 2016, BDC-Business Development Bank, recruited me to join as Executive Advisor, GDP-Growth Driver Program working with Canada's fast-growing, high impact firms with $20M - $150M in revenue. My clients include manufacturers; FinTech / SaaS firms, and technology companies.
I am regarded for my strength in strategic problem solving, and my positive, empathetic approach to identifying and removing barriers to execution. I bring leadership expertise as a strategist, advisor/facilitator, and coach.
